SAM TALBOT

Chef Sam Talbot, Creative Culinary Director
James Beard–nominated chef and Top Chef alum Sam Talbot serves as Creative Culinary Director of Hamptons Aristocrat, guiding the culinary vision across the company’s private dining and event experiences. Known for his clean, coastal aesthetic and ingredient-first philosophy, Sam brings a refined, modern approach to seasonal cooking—balancing simplicity with elevated technique.

 

His influence shapes a menu language that is both luxurious and effortless, grounded in exceptional sourcing and designed for the way our clients live and entertain.

Matthew
Bousquet

Michelin-starred chef Matthew Bousquet brings a refined, technique-driven approach to Hamptons Aristocrat + The Chef Society. He earned his Michelin star as chef-owner of Mirepoix in Sonoma, California, where his contemporary take on classic French cuisine established him as a standout in the Wine Country dining scene.  

 

Trained in classical technique and a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Matthew built his career across notable kitchens in San Francisco and beyond before leading Michelin-recognized operations and luxury hospitality properties.  

 

As Executive Chef, he oversees the Chef Society Meal Drop program and the culinary execution across all drop off experiences, leading the chef team with a focus on precision, consistency, and elevated, seasonally driven cuisine—bringing a true restaurant-level standard into the home.
