Matthew Bousquet is a Michelin-starred chef known for his refined technique, seasonally driven cooking, and leadership in high-performance culinary teams. His background spans fine dining, luxury hospitality, and large-scale culinary operations, where precision and consistency are paramount.

 

As Vice President of Culinary at Hamptons Aristocrat, he leads culinary strategy, standards, and execution across private chef experiences, events, and in-home dining.
